No access to your systems.</li>\n          <li><b>Lead mail system</b>: see separate text \"Lead Mail System — How it works\".</li>\n          <li><b>Self-sourced leads</b>: If you sourced a customer yourself and enter them into the partner portal for technical approval, you share their contact details (name, email, and optionally company and phone) with us. You confirm via checkbox that <em>you have obtained the customer's consent for this disclosure</em>. We additionally store a timestamp and your IP address as evidence of that confirmation.
